At Forta Solutions, I was brought on as the founding product designer to help craft a new warehouse lending application called Agility. Working with a really short runway, I established a design system from the ground up that would provide a modern, user-centered experience in an industry who’s technology is often stuck on the late ‘90s. The system required accessibility and flexibility, it had to be clear and trustworthy, and help push users into the future while not leaving anyone behind.
